From the Ashes, An American Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure, is returning in 2019 for another food and fun filled weekend!
Two days of events are available in 2019:
Friday, June 21st — Light the Fires Dinner, 5:00pm-9:00pm
A delicious start to the weekend!
Enjoy fellowship and dinner by our 2018 Culinary Alumni as the Pitmasters start their fires for Saturday’s showcase event. Join Andy Buffington of Hiro’s BBQ, Brad Peugh of Bohica Smoke and Christopher White of Cosmic Cowboy Grill as we kick off the weekend’s food and beverage celebration.
This evening’s traditional Low Country Boil style dinner of shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes and flavor is being created to bring conversation and celebration to the table!
Saturday, June 22nd — Smoked and Fired Foods Showcase Event, 11:00am-4:00pm
From the Ashes will welcome nationally-recognized Pitmasters from the four corners of the United States as they gather in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to showcase the best of American barbecue.
Using the large, wood-fired custom-built culinary equipment that Settlers Creek is known for in the Pacific Northwest, our Guest Pitmasters will each feature primal proteins and specialty side dishes at their individual stations at the event.
Favorites like brisket, whole hog, wings, salmon, turkey, pastrami, with traditional and not-so-traditional side dishes from these Pitmasters will make this summer celebration special!
